Family of Daniel Prude, a 41-year-old Black man experiencing a mental health crisis, alleges Rochester PD officers placed a spit hood over Prude's head and restrained him face-down on the pavement on March 23, 2020, causing his death by asphyxiation on March 30, 2020.
