Estate of Breonna Taylor alleges officers Jonathan Mattingly, Myles Cosgrove, and Brett Hankison used excessive force by firing into Taylor's apartment during execution of a no-knock search warrant on March 13, 2020. Taylor, 26, was struck multiple times and killed. The complaint alleges the warrant was obtained using false information and that officers failed to announce themselves.
